【摘要】:Generationofcombustiblegasesisusedtodeterminetheconditionofoil-filledelectricalapparatus.ManyyearsofempiricalevidencehasyieldedguidelinessuchasthosegiveninIEEEC57.104,IEC60599andIEC61464.Industryexperiencehasshownthatelectricandthermalfaultedinoil-filledelectricalapparatusaretheusualsourcesthatgenerategases.Experiencehasshownthatsomeofthegasescouldformintheoilatlowtemperaturesorasaresultofcontamination,withoutanyotherinfluences.Someseverelyhydro-treatedtransformeroilssubjectedtothermalstressandoilsthatcontaincertaintypesofcontaminationmayproducespecificgasesatlowertemperaturesthannormallyexpectedfortheirgenerationandhence,falselyindicateabnormaloperationoftheelectricalapparatus.Somenewoilshaveproducedlargeamountsofgases,especiallyhydrogen,withouttheinfluenceofotherelectricalapparatusmaterialsorelectricalstresses.Thisrendersinterpretationofthedissolvedgasanalysismorecomplicated.Heatingfor164hhasbeenfoundtobeasufficientamountoftimetoreachastableandcharacteristicgassingpattern.Thismethodusesbothdryairanddrynitrogenasthesparginggas.Thisistoreflecteitheraelectricalapparatuspreservationsystemthatallowsoxygentocontacttheoiloronethatissealedfromtheoutsideatmosphere.Oilsspargedwithairgenerallyproducemuchmorehydrogenasapercentageofthetotalcombustiblegascontentascomparedtooilsspargedwithnitrogenastheseproducemorehydrocarbonsinrelationtohydrogen.1.1Thistestmethoddescribestheprocedurestodeterminethelowtemperature(120C)gassingcharacteristicsofinsulatingliquidsspecificallyandwithouttheinfluenceofotherelectricalapparatusmaterialsorelectricalstresses.Thistestmethodwasprimarilydesignedforinsulatingmineraloil.Itcanbeappliedtootherinsulatingliquidsinwhichdissolvedgas-in-oilanalysis(TestMethodD3612)iscommonlyperformed.1.2Thistestmethodisparticularlysuitedfordetectionofthephenomenonsometimesknownas"straygassing"andisalsoreferredtoinCIGRETF11B39.1.3Thistestmethodisperformedontransformerinsulatingliquidstodeterminethepropensityoftheoiltoproducecertaingasessuchashydrogenandhydrocarbonsatlowtemperatures.1.4Thistestmethoddetailstwoprocedures:1.5MethodAdescribestheprocedurefordeterminingthegassingcharacteristicsofanew,unusedinsulatingliquid,asreceived,at120Cfor164h.1.6MethodBdescribestheprocedureforprocessingtheinsulatingliquidthroughanattapulgiteclaycolumntoremoveorganiccontaminantsandotherreactivegroupsthatmayinfluencethegassingbehaviorofaninsulatingliquid,whichissuspectedofbeingcontaminated.Thisprocedureappliestobothnewandusedinsulatingliquids.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
