【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthegeneraldimensionsofhand-operatedandmachine-operatedscrewingdies.Thesedimensions,establishedasafunctionofthethreaddiameterandpitch,arethefollowing:—outsidediameter;—thickness;—cuttingportionlength;—generaldimensionsofattachment.Italsogivestheinterchangeabilitydimensionsofhand-operateddiestocks.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoscrewingdiesintendedforthemanufactureofthefollowingthreads:—ISOmetricthreads:—coarsethread,fromM1toM68;—finethread,fromM1toM56.—ISOinchthreads:—"Unifiedcoarse"series(UNC),fromNo.1-64to23/4-4;—"Unifiedfine"series(UNF),fromNo.0-80to11/2-12.Thedimensionalcharacteristicsofcircularscrewingdies,asafunctionofthreaddiametersandpitches,aregiveninannexA.ThegeneraldimensionsofscrewingdiesforthreadswhicharenotdealtwithinthisInternationalStandard,andthereforearenotrecommended,aregivenforguidanceonlyinannexB.AnnexBisapplicabletoscrewingdiesforinchthreadsofthefollowingtypes:B.1-"BritishStandardWhitworth"(BSW).B.2-"BritishStandardFine"(BSF).B.3-"BritishAssociation"(BA).Allscrewingdiesareavailableintwoclasses,namely—non-precisionscrewingdies;—precisionscrewingdies.
