【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesminimumrequirementsfortheimagequalityandlegibilityofdisplayscontainingdynamic(changeable)visualinformationpresentedtothedriverofaroadvehiclebyon-boardtransportinformationandcontrolsystems(TICS)usedwhilethevehicleisinmotion.Theserequirementsareintendedtobeindependentofdisplaytechnologies,whilereferencetotestmethodsandmeasurementsforassessingcompliancewiththemhavebeenincludedwherenecessary.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletomainlyperceptual,andsomebasiccognitive,componentsofthevisualinformation,includingcharacterlegibilityandcolourrecognition.Itisnotapplicabletootherfactorsaffectingperformanceandcomfort,suchascoding,formatanddialoguecharacteristics,ortodisplaysusing-characterspresentedasapartofasymbolorpictorialinformation,-superimposedinformationontheexternalfield(e.g.head-updisplays),-pictorialimages(e.g.rearviewcamera),-mapsandtopographicrepresentations(e.g.thoseforsettingnavigationsystems),or-quasi-staticinformation.
